Laptop Ram 512 chips 144pin pc133

I'm looking for 1 or 2 - 512mb chips for a 144ping PC133 slot/laptop configuration. I was givin a old thinkpad that the owner thought was dead but turned out to be just a bad power adapter so I replaced it and now i'd like to max out the memory. I can find the chips I need on ebay but I figured I'd check here if anyone has any let me know and what you want for them. Thanks!

Sure I'll look around....if I find some you can have them for nada. Gimme til Monday...I have a few sticks of RAM kicking around the house....but most are at my office....dunno if I'll swing through the office over the weekend.

I'm a day behind...due to back problems didn't go to work at all yesterday, been stuck flat on my back in bed for 2 days.
Poured through one stack of RAM I found..have 3x 256 meg sticks of Infineon.....I'm quite sure I have some 512 meg sticks in other piles....just gimme time to look around....hopefully I'll know for sure by tonight.
