How does my speeds compare?

I have comcast.The download speed is supposedly rated up to 20Mbps.The upload speed is supposedly rated 6Mbps.Seems like my download is ok,but my upload is slow.Any suggestions? Here are my results:

This is only way to tweak TCP for Win 7 , MTU 1500 !

Comcast doesn't have a 20mb/6mb tier. 20mb downloads would be their blast tier. As far as the upload speed it would depend if you are in a DOCSIS 3 area. If you are on DOCSIS 3 upload speed is up to 4mb. If you are in a DOCSIS 2 area upload is up to 2mb. Once again this is for the Comcast Blast! tier.
