All cpu's have fans. On board video so all that's needed to get them running is to add power supply, hard drive, and cd/dvd as needed.

Will sell all in combination of 1 or 2 or 3.

For the 45$ board, whats that include again? Memory installed cause your saying 2MB memory? You mean 2Gigs? Also is it ECC or Non-ECC?

Each board comes with 2 sticks of 1GB ECC REG ram. Total of 2GBs PC2100.
Each board comes with 2 xeon cpu's (2 boards with 3.2GHz and 1 board with 3.06GHz) All cpus have cooling fans.
