Hey Dan, nice find, otters are fun to watch, haven't seen any by me in quite a while.

my wife and I have been doing a couple mile hike along the american river every sunday for a while now,we pick a different section each time,and so far we have seen the otter & turtles,and also a swan & a pair of red tail hawks while mating ,it's one of my favorite places to go,and it's very close to us,there are also a lot of natural plants and trees and flowers that we like looking at.It's just good to be out in the beauty of a place like that,it seems to do good things to us.
