    Please help w/ my Globe dsl connection..

    connection: Globe DSL 1mbps
    country: Philippines
    modem router: Prolink Hurricane 5200 adsl2+
    results:

    Try the following with TCP Optimizer:

    General Settings tab:
    Custom settings - check
    Modify All Network Adapters - check
    network adapter selection - your NIC
    MTU - 1438
    TTL - 64
    Windows Scaling - uncheck
    TCP Receive Window - 64308
    MTU Discovery - Yes
    Black Hole Detect - No
    Selective Acks - Yes
    Max Duplicate ACKs - 2
    TCP 1323 Options:
    Timestamps - uncheck

    Advanced Settings tab:
    Max Connections per Server - 10
    Max Connections per 1.0 Server - 10
    LocalPriority - 5
    Host Priority - 6
    DNSPriority - 7
    NetbtPriority - 8
    Lan Browsing speedup - optimized
    QoS: NonBestEffortLimit - 0
    ToS: DisableUserTOSSetting - 0
    ToS: DefaultTOSValue - 0

    good day, tcp analyzer says that my router is limiting my MTU, unscaled RWIN as well;

    Log into your router, and see if you can find where it says MTU. Then, set it to 1492. Depending on the router you can log in by typing 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 into your browser.

    no luck, i can't find the MTU on my router's page

    Can you post the brand and model number for us? I will try looking it up and see what I can find.

    Sorry I didn't see you already posted the model and brand. I didn't know Rollingstone had already looked into the modem/router for you. I figured that was why you where asking about it. As Rollingstone has stated you just need to apply the tweaks again. Unfortunatly you are stuck with that MTU size.

    well according to the TCPO, my RWin was 64308, but if i run the TCP analyzer it still says 24684

    I afraid MTU will be limited !
    so, there's no way to change it?

    As Rollingstone has stated you just need to apply the tweaks again. Unfortunatly you are stuck with that MTU size.
    yeah, I've tried it several times, but still getting the same results

    well according to the TCPO, my RWin was 64308, but if i run the TCP analyzer it still says 24684
