Log into your router, and see if you can find where it says MTU. Then, set it to 1492. Depending on the router you can log in by typing 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 into your browser.

Sorry I didn't see you already posted the model and brand. I didn't know Rollingstone had already looked into the modem/router for you. I figured that was why you where asking about it. As Rollingstone has stated you just need to apply the tweaks again. Unfortunatly you are stuck with that MTU size.
