Low UL speed for no reason?

    Those are my speeds.
But whenever i seed in Azureus and upload videos to youtube and such my UL speed is 0-20kb/s. Ive put it on unlimited in Azureus but nothing.
Now u must realize im the biggest noob ever when it comes to this internet stuff so please give me a detailed explenation of what to do. All the tests say thats my upload speed, but whenever i try to upload something - fail.
    Thanks.

Set limit into your torrent program:

    global upload speed limit - 100 KB/s

Turn off the torrent program, reboot comp and modem to establish a new internet connection. The turn on torrent to let it establish new connections.

Did you limit the no. of total connections? A home grade router can only support 16-200 simultaneous connections depending on make and model.

Post your TCP Analyzer report. Link to it is at the bottom left of the main page of this website.

What speed did you pay your ISP to give you?

You are using Vista. You can try using the patch as the Optimizer cannot work on Vista:

    http://www.speedguide.net/faq_in_q.p...ory=42&qid=302

One thing that I have noticed about broadband service in Europe is that ISPs give very low upload speed compared with the download speed.

    Nothing.
But, still, my upload speed is 90% slower than it should be according to the tests.

Now the files im trying to upload have lower upspeed than before...
Altho the files that im downloading have higher upspeed.

EDIT: And generally my speeds are all looking like theyre more screwed than before.
EDIT2: Boomshaka, now my DL speed has gone down.
And upload speed is now 4kb/s average.
This hasnt been a particularly helpful experience lol. And its not even peak hours.
