hey.

is there a way to limit bandwith per IP address by using a router? here's an example of what i'm talking about:

192.168.1.1 <-- no limit
192.168.1.2 <-- 50 kbps download speed limit
192.168.1.3 <-- no limit

i have an Aztech DSL605EW router.. i heard this can be done by using the QoS feature? i do have that in my router configuration but i don't know how to set it up.

any help will be appreciated.
