Please tell the best setting for my pc and why i cant open speedtest.net

i use.
i'm use wifi connection.
and i dont know the limitation for the wifi.

I' use windows xp SP3.
and here is the result of speakeasy.net test.
download speed 519kbps and upload speed 61kbps.
can it maximize?

It should be 1492 for DSL or 1500 for cable connection !
Have you installed cFos Speed ?

i use mozzila firefox.
and i have try to open speedtest.net with opera and ie and it cant works.
i'm confussed.
