Packets Sent is More than Received

I am having a problem that my packets sent are quite more than received like sent 300K and received 200k i have disabled my firewall from security center and using KIS i have allowed setting in Firwall of KIS and also Set web traffic to low.

My ISP speed is 384kbps and using beetel modem in bridge mode which connect s to my LinksysWRT54G2 router in PPPoe mode and yeah i am connecting to my desktop so no loss due to wireless thing.

So can anybody please tell me what to do since my browsing is not looking as fast as it used to be.

Any more info i am ready to provide and also if i posted in wrong section sorry Mods u can move the thread.

    thanks

    Check :

+ Spyware with Superantispyware or Spybot
    + Torrent programs

I meant 'Sharing Issue' on the line ! I suspect this had something to do with someone downloading torrent software, movies, etc
