I follow the instruction of Windows Vista / 2008 Tweaks
and optimize using SG TCP Optimizer but my TCP Window still 17520 ?
WHY ?

Low bandwidth and low latency. My guess is you paid for a 1 mbps line.

i'm not paid for 1mbps line but 3mbps
i only get below 2mbps


and now this is my new result
i dont know why
it change to normal back
