How to Speed Up Download Speed??

My ISP is Globe Broadband, and my modem is ZTE MF600...

But now, my speed is just 20-40 kb, and its time is until 8:00 am!
in afternoon and night, the speed is just like, 1-15 kb..man,,it's so unfair..

here's my tracert..(if you would like to know..)

I suspect the cable between comp and external antenna is coiled up, causing high ping times at hop 2.

Nope it's not i'm sure.We have the same modem and ISP. It is naturally that we get 100++ ping's after the hop 1 and always getting that asterisk at hop 7 to hop 16 and a very high ping at the last hop(17).I'm sure that there is no coiled up cable there. The problem is in our ISP.

Could be an ISP problem as seen in another users's thread:

i think not, because he's problem is on how to tweak his connection.. well ,let's say yeah I would like to tweak my connection, but my problem is downloading..
    well that's same aspect anyway..

well, if the ISP is the problem, what should I do? I was just connected to this ISP 2 months ago..

Check the user handbook given to you by your ISP and change DNS servers as instructed.

yes.because cable does not depend on the air signal. That's why wired is better than wireless. If only wired one is available here in my place i would get one
