People with a digi camcorder

I am thinking of buying a digi camcorder for xmas. what format do you have and do you like it and why/why not? which camcorder? anything you would like to add? any help/advice is appreciated.

I haven't used it,I bought it for my wife for xmas SSSSHHHHHHHHHHH

anyway,I did some research and liked this one,

I liked the hdd and also has the option for memory card as well,

this is good IMO Built-in zoom microphone with 5.1ch recording

has a great 40X Optical / 2000X Digital Zoom

I really like the "Super NightShot® Infrared System"(With the Super NightShot Infrared System, you can capture video in total darkness )no external light needed,I saw it demoed,very cool !

I also like the touch panel lcd screen

If you haven't decided yet, why not check out the Camcorder Ratings of various brands. Most people found it very useful in informing them about certain products.
