    Pldt dsl pls help speed up my connection

    i just upgraded my pldt xperience 999 plus fone 700 plan 512-1mbps im using before the 1500plan which is 384kbps when i upgraded my dsl it since nothing change to my speed to customer assistance said that i have good connection but still im not satisfy about my connection but friend is only paying the bundle with fone which 1300plan fix and his getting up more than 1mbps speed said to be why not try tweak ur dsl but still i dont have a knowledge to this i just read your thread it seems it help a lot of people with their problem and yet dl speed sometimes get 50to60 kpbs pls help me to fix my speed? thnx in advance

    Windows Scaling - check
    Timestamps - uncheck

    Advanced Settings tab:
    Max Connections per Server - 10
    Max Connections per 1.0 Server - 20
    LocalPriority - 1
    Host Priority - 1
    DNSPriority - 1
    NetbtPriority - 1
    Lan Browsing speedup - optimized
    QoS: NonBestEffortLimit - 0
    ToS: DisableUserTOSSetting - 0

    i tried all the intructions, it is still the same i didn't reach the 1mbps is there still away to reach it?

    Try the following with TCP Optimizer:

    General Settings tab:
    Custom settings - check
    Modify All Network Adapters - check
    network adapter selection - your NIC
    MTU - 1500
    TTL - 64
    TCP Receive Window - 64240
    MTU Discovery - Yes
    Black Hole Detect - No
    Selective Acks - Yes
    Max Duplicate ACKs - 2
    TCP 1323 Options:
    Windows Scaling - uncheck
    Timestamps - uncheck

    Advanced Settings tab:
    Max Connections per Server - 10
    Max Connections per 1.0 Server - 20
    LocalPriority - 1
    Host Priority - 1

    That means your phone line is already at its speed limit, about 85% of your paid speed. Mine is at 88% only, due to old (and noisy) phone lines in my housing estate.
