PLDT DSL is too slow.. kindly help in tweaking

recently my connection has been a mess. i subscribed for around 700 Kbps only since i just wanted to have a decent connection at home. and right now it's way sloooooower than what i had expected.

im using Vista too.

Try moving the modem in a different spot check dsl filters on cordless phones. keep modem off for about five mins.

Your hop2 and beyond is a mess are you hearing any clicks on the line is your phone wirring old. I say call the isp ,or if you know a phone tech some electricians can re wire maybe give that a shot.
