Adobe Acrobat and typing in a form

I am trying to help someone who wants to be able to type in, to fill in, a form they get thru email.

I saved the form to my HDD.

I have the full version of Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional, not just the reader.

I opened the form and checked the security, it said NO SECURITY and said I should be able to change the document. Yet it will not let me.

Any ideas, what do I need to do to be able to do this.

Go to Form menu, run Form Filed Recognition that will make it fillable. Also you can edit the form as you wish.
