A tweak would be appreciated :)

I have a Davolink DV-201AMR router, Tele2 adsl (PPPoE) 20Mb/s downstream 1Mbit/s upstream. I have vista business (not sure if TCP optimizer is compatible?) and I'd like to optimize my broadband (speed and latency). Could somebody help me out?

Vista cannot be tweaked. It is auto-tuning.

If you are not getting 90% of your paid speed, check the makers' websites of your network adapter card and router to see if they have any updated firmware/driver for Vista.

Also, do a tracert to check signal quality.
