Any good softwares to change the partition's size?

Hello,

Computer Platform: Windows XP

My very old computer has three partitions (Drive C: 4 GB, Drive D: 4 GB and Drive E: 1 GB). The Drive C is used to install Windows XP and other applications. Now I found that Drive C is alomst full and cannot install new applications any more.

I wish to move 2 GB from Drive D to Drive C (i.e. Drive C: 6 GB, Drive D: 2 GB and Drive E: 1 GB)

Are there any good freewares or cheap sharewares that allow me to do that?
