forgot my user name & password

can anyone help I am trying to get into my router setting from speedtouch. I am using a speedtouch 580 router, but I have forgotten my user name & password, when i type in 10.0.0.138 I need to get into to adjust my security settings so my sons laptop can connect to the internet wireless, please help.

Hi me again, I have got it sorted, all you have to do is press the reset button on the back of the speedtouch and it sets it back to default settings, sorted.
