Ninety Nine Nights (360)

I just saw game trailer and i think it looks awesome.
I think i will get it, Jim did you play this game ?
Suggestions?

It's your typical Dynasty Warriors-esque hack & slash game, but you're trading upgraded graphics (which look nice, but are obviously first-gen 360) for the lack of any sort of strategy that DW had.

Basically, gameplay goes like this:

XXYXA

XXXX

XYXX

XXXYX

XXXYX

Do this for a few hours non-stop, and then repeat it for the next character (there are seven in total). That's about it.


Surprisingly, I didn't hate it, but it fell well short of Q?'s promises in almost any aspect (gameplay, graphics, story, etc.). I'd rent it first if I were you, or if you'd like this type of game but with more depth (and graphics ported straight from a 5-year old PS2 engine, even on the 360), rent one of the Dynasty or Samurai Warriors titles.

hehe your choice. I'm a HUGE DW fan but to me Ninety Nine Nights had no strategy to it and that just seemed really boring to me so I didn't bother even renting the game. The demo was enough for me I got bored of it quickly.
