At first, sorry for the bad englisch.

So the problem is:
When I will upload a file (200KB, 500KB, 1MB.......) my Upload kill. So an example:
- I will upload a 1MB (Video) at "sendspace.com"
- After some KBs the Upstream kills (its diferent at all time)
- I try again, and again, and again, and of other Hosters too.

It`s a very dump problem, I have it by Browser Uploads and FTP- Uploads. BUT by E-Mail over MS Outlook it haven`t any problem to upload.

Here my connection:
Provider: Bluewin (Switzerland)
Connection: ADSL 2000 + Fastpath (2000down/ 100up)
Router: MicroLink ADSL Modem Router
Windows XP Professionl

I have the problem until 1 or 2 months.
(PS: Downloads are normal, no problem)
