    How to uncap bandwith?

Hi, I'm new here and now I'm searching to uncap my bandwith. I google and find this interesting forum. I read a lot threads but find no answer to my problem.

    Here is my problem:
1-I live in Vietnam and my ISP is FPT. My bandwith is 3072/640 kbps. During days-time (morning and afternoon), I can download only 50-60 kBps, but in the evening, my speed soar at 300-320 kBps.

2- Well, my ISP cap bandwith every 7 a.m. But strange is that if I still download before 7 a.m, I still has the very high speed (arround 300-320 kBs) after that even it is 12 a.m or 2 p.m (I download via p2p network - torrent). But if I stop this download and restart it, it only reach to 50 kBs. If I download 5 task, 2 before 7 am and 3 after 7 am then 2 before has very high speed even they have less seeders and leecher many more than other 3. Other 3 only has downloading speed at ~ 20 or 30 Kbs.

3-I tweaked many method guided in here but no method can improve my speed daily times.

So any1 here can suggest me something on how to keep speed as evening time. Thank many for you great help. Looking eagerly for yur reply.

PS: My ISP ensure their service at only 1500/640kbs.

You won't find answers to uncapping or circumnavigating your ISPs rules...as that topic is against our rules.

    *snippet from our rules*
    "Uncapping posts
Uncapping is very different than tweaking your end of the connection. While tweaking is completely legal and even endorsed and recommended by ISPs, uncapping means breaking into your modem and changing the cap imposed by your Internet provider, and therefore might be considered theft of service.

Please understand that uncapping your broadband connection is illegal and we, the staff of Speed Guide, Inc., Do Not condone it!"

Many ISPs are dropping P2P software traffic in their QoS.
