I've had my Verizon DSL for almost 6 months now and love it . . . EXCEPT for the fact they cannot get my billing correct. Each month I have to call and get them to reverse the overbilling. Each month they assure me they have made the appropriate corrections and the next billing will be correct.
Calling the standard billing service number for the DSL service is getting me absolutely nowhere. Does anyone out there have a phone number where I can get through to a supervisor or someone in management? The service people absolutely refuse to buck my problem up. If my promotional rate were not 50% of the next lowest rate available in my area, I'd cancel the service.
If someone will give me a contact number, I promise I won't tell Verizon how I got it.
