on our windows 2000 computer, the tcp/ip protocol is screwed up. whenever we restart/shutdown (logging of doesn't affect it) our tcp/ip gets corrupted. we can fix it by uninstalling, restarting the comp, installing, and it will work for that session. the cisco systems VPN client does not like this quick fix, and seems to require something more permanent. is ther something we can do (clean install of tcp/ip etc) short of re-installing the OS to fix this problem?
