What mobo? I assume the 3800+ is manchester core. Not a bad deal if the mobo is good.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ $322.00
ECS NFORCE4-A939 $73.50

Total $395.50

It's decent I guess, you can probly sell the board on eBay and get better board but I've never had any problems with ECS. Also note that "black friday" is in a two weeks and Fry's usually has a good sale.
