Wierd Respons from tweak tester

Well I haven't changed anything but my enternet software from 1.36 to 1.40 and I got this response from it.

Where did you get the 1.4 software it usually relects a 1454 packet or MTU.
There may be a problem with this install software your not getting a ping on the read above which tells me that the software may not have fully installed which can happen.
Give us a little more to go on.
What type of modem (USB or Network card)
what OS (operating system)
What software have you installed as far as the connection besides Enternet if any.
What tweaks are installed...

well I got a USB Speed Stream Modem
Im running win 98
My Ethernet PPPoE is Enter Net 1.4 nothing more on connection I dont think.
Tweaks well I have installed VTCP386 or something and I have tweaked MTU RWIN MSS but I didn't use dl's to do it I did it manually. oh I also tried to install RASPPPoE without uninstalling Enter net because if it didn't install good I didn't want to have to re-install enter net.

When you tryed installin RASPPPoE it added info to the Netrans keys at the end this may be the problem.
Also I just had this with a USB where it gave a problem on the install your going to have to do a clean uninstall and then a reinstall make sure you reinstall the USB drivers there was something with that not binding I think we did the USB stuff fist but I could be mistaken

Yeah when I installed 1.4 a protocol didn't get installed and something for the modem itself in network I put them there manualy and it worked.
