Yeah, but it is not even close to that other stuff. I do it on occassion for a little fun and exercise. We are more technical and not into chairs and all that other stuff most of the time. Most of the matches are planned out and we have practices and such. But, we do it once a month or every few months - it all depends. It is on a trampoline too

... which means 99% of moves don't hurt since we don't do anything too crazy, but there is an injury once in a while, like a pulled muscle, a bruise, etc... nothing major yet and we have been doing it quite a while.

hehe..i think i postd once before..as i lost 50lbs i have more confidence to post my pics now
