@home and page time outs and ICS and this and that

Hi,
Just got @home, they finally got to my far off town. When Im just browsing around I often will get time outs, or just no response. Web pages load a 1/4 of the way then stop. Not all sites do this, this site loads quite speedily.
But, I was thinking "wow, this is pretty sucky, my 56k modem was faster".
I have 3 computers networked and I'm using ICS that comes with win98se.
2 computers, a laptop, and my wifes are both connected to mine and I have the NIC for the cable access.
Both of the other computers are loading all the pages I couldn't, very fast. They dont get the time outs I get. Same site, at the same time, the laptop loads fine, my computer, the one with the NIC times out.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Thanks, but no luck, didnt work. I searched around some more on microsofts site and couldnt find anything more about it.
