    YoSC, UOD.....

so how are we running on the monthly total? i'm not sure, but it looks like NSLI is rolling over. it;s showing 16GB so far this month, and i am positive that's impossible with the traffic the server's been handling.

the reason i've been holding off on setting something else up is i need to be 100% positive that it won't push us over the top transfer-wise.

Fire it up, I think we're way clear. Netstat Live shows about 60 gigs in 3 weeks. For the past 3 weeks, I've been running the DC server capped at 2 megs total. This morning I cranked it up to 8 megs...but still, I highly doubt we'll go over.

Feel free to fiddle man. You still have PcA access?

ya, i still have it (PcA access). is there any way to make sure that nsli is reporting correctly? like is there some kind of tool or webpage with the host that can be checked to be sure? nsli (the AnalogX tool) shows 16GB this month outbound, and 27GB inbound.

i just wanna be shure. those overage charges are a killer when your not expecting them.

If you really want to find out just call the host up and ask what they are showing.
    Respect it.

i was hoping for something a bit easier, lol. my webhost has a file in my ftp that gets updated every day showing all stats. of course, this is on their system (not a dedicated box), but it would seem logical that in order for the gameserver host to not to be flooded with calls from customers who just want a simple stat like that, they would have a url or something set up to get the same number the host is going by.

Cat don't we have a Cpanel or something similar that they (the host) provide for us?

Yeah PM sent...bookmark the link...they have a log in for PRTG, although it's rather sparse in information...you keep drilling into more layers clicking on the blue text links.
