Adelphia Customers in Buffalo, NY... SLOW SPEED

Well as of the last week me and my friends who have the service in the city of Buffalo have noticed HORRIBLE speeds during the afternoon hours until about 2:00 AM. We are avid users of the ARC game (www.won.net: Refer to ARC) and we used to ping the first east server @ about 30 - 75 Ms. Now as of the last 3 days we receive pings of 250 -500Ms. Between the hours of 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM I download software at about 4.00 KB/s - 7.00 KB/s. This is 33.6K - 56K speeds. No packet loss is seen at all.
I know this is definatly a cause of overstuffing the Node, I recently spoke to Tech Support many times and actually spoke to a Cable Tech when he came to my house to install Digital Cable. He said the West Side of buffalo was just given the fiber lines and that area was exploding with requests for Powerlink. Another matter that doesn't help things is Adelphia is offering these packages for 99.95 a month, if you have the powerlink and Digital Cable, you get every channel all for just that price.
Now, I am asking everyone for their help or suggestions. If you are in Buffalo, call tech support and complain. Tell them you know too many people are on the node. And when they make you run the FTP speed test LIE about the max speed. Say it is below 80KB, cuz we are gauranteed at least 80. No matter how fast that speed test comes back, everything else on the net is slow as molasses.
Please help us get our speeds back. Threaten to cancel... Thanks for your support

I got that $99 package. Im very happy with it. My cable pings are always usually below 50ms when I play games no matter what time of day.

My speeds vary. The slow times (around 3pm to 9pm) My download speeds are like 100-200. All other times I pull like 250-300 off fast servers. Wierd that we are kinda close and the service is so different!

DMLWiseGuy, all you can do is complain and keep riding them until corrective action is taken. Use tracerts and ping tests to plead your case.
