Question about AGP aperature, frequency, fast write

I have a Sapphire 9800 PRO 128 and I was wondering what settings my APG aperature, frequency should be on and if the fast write should be enabled or disabled?

aperature set to 128 and turn fast writes on, leave the frequency alone.

If it works, i like to keep it on, it can be a stability problem on some systems but I dont think its as big an issue as most sites say it is.
