ATX is a form factor of the motherboards, most of the current mobos are ATX.

so ya your mobo will fit in there.

The first one looks interesting with the 120mm fan. I wonder if it has an air filter in the front though. I noticed it doesn't have an exhaust fan.

The Chieftec Dragon Series are pretty good since they're clones of Antec.
