suspicious key?

What is the following registry entry ?

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\VBFile\Shell\Open\Command
Data = %system%\System32\WScript.exe"%1"%*

When I run the registryport, it catches this entry. I know it is a visual Basic file, but what does it do?

Anybody else has this same entry? I am using XP Pro SP1.

Apparently it's legit. I have it in 98se too, just not under system32 like in xp.

I have it too - several time but in
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\VBEFile\

not HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\VBFile\
