I ahve done this test on analyzer, and here is the results.

256960 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
128480 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 2569.6 kbps (321.2 KBytes/s) @ 200ms

I am using Cox.net and I am running XP
I dont know much about those numbers and they might sound about right. but trust me, I feel like I am on 56K.
the first 3 lines are light green
the other 2 after it are kind of green but not that light
then other 3 line is kind of gray green
and other 7 lines are hard red
