Why is it so slow? please help

I ahve done this test on analyzer, and here is the results.

TCP properties for IP =xx.xx.xx.xxx ()

MTU is fully optimized for broadband.
MSS = 1460

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 64240
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 64240

RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
513920 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
256960 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
128480 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
bandwidth * delay product:

I am using Cox.net and I am running XP

I dont know much about those numbers and they might sound about right. but trust me, I feel like I am on 56K.

It sounds like you are having promblems on the isp's end youre right the settings look fine. take this test and let us know what colors show up

If all green it's most likey on ur end if you get alot of yellow or any other color it's on the isp's(cox'send) end

the first 3 lines are light green
the other 2 after it are kind of green but not that light
then other 3 line is kind of gray green
and other 7 lines are hard red
