Post Is Excite.com a pop3 email server site, or no?

Greetings, I'm trying to figure out if I can add my excite.com email account to Outlook express. I know you can do it with Yahoo, but when I tried with Excite then it didn't work. I'm not sure if I'm doing it incorrectly or if it's just the wrong type of email server.

I followed Crazyman and TonyT's advice:

"and yes I have oe check my yahoo account as well.for example yahoo is a pop3
    pop.mail.yahoo.com [incoming pop3]
    smtp.mail.yahoo.com [outgoing SMTP]"

I substituted excite.com for yahoo.com, and no go.
I know that excite offers free email forwarding to another account, but only if you sign up for an advertising blitz.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

    Thumbs down

I just signed up with a fake account to check out their help, and I've found this:

At this time, users cannot receive or download messages from their Excite Inbox account to another email program such as Outlook Express, because Excite Inbox does not have a publicly accessible POP server.
So basically there's no way you can do it, sorry.

    Cheers,
