    Is there a program which tells

    Is there a program which tells you what speed data is being sent/recieved to/from you? I am sue there is one; can't find any.

    Most applications that allow download or upload display the data rate. Just search on Google. There are quite a few depending on what platform you are on and what you need to run it.
