Angry How do I disable IE from starting up with Windows?

After I installed the SP1 Windows Update for XP. I've been noticing that IE is loading up, along with Windows...it's annoying. Can someone help me find out where the problem of the matter is? Thanks

Did you check your startup program list?
Start > Run > msconfig, then startup tab.

I don't know why it would be in there, but if it is, uncheck it.

Probably something else causing it though.
