Samsun PC-2700 Burn-In .... HELP!!

I have a friend with 256mb of samsung pc2700, and i was wondering how you burn it in? What software do i need, etc.

run it at regular speed (166MHz for that ram, at 2.6v) and use the sandra (made by sisoft) mem burn in..run it 24 hours, then reboot and up the vdimm to 2.7v, and do the same thing again.. then stop at 2.8v and start over clocking..
