    Primary and Secondary IDE controller

    The tab that lets you select DMA/PIO mode on my Primary and Secondary IDE controller is not showing up and suggestions why. Everything is running fine. DVD's games great no hags or anything but just wondering why?

    Windows XP disables changing those settings for no reason sometimes ....... i had the same thing, so i reinstalled my Mobo drivers (but its not worth it if u have no probs)
