Winsock and TCP Stack Problems?

I have tried all firmwares and still 1460 with my MTU set at 1492 on my router.

Will PPPoA Make any difference? And should I set the encapsulation to VC Based instead of LLC Based for PPPoE?

I have no entries in my VPN and I have disabled it.

I just did the ping -f -l thing and got max: ping -f -l 1464 to on.net
So does that mean I have to change my Router and PC to 1464?

Na everything with my ISP/Modem/NIC/Ethernet cable is alright, only when I reformatted that is when I had the problem. My other computer which has Vista doesn't have this trouble and I have the exact same registry settings :\

Doesn't help at all, and I have also heard that TCP Optimiser doesn't work in Vista? Also it doesn't matter what I change my MTU, 1492 or 1500 the Analyser always gives me 1460. My router says 1492 tho

Well your MTU is WAY too low and so is your RWIN. Go here: http://www.speedguide.net/read_articles.php?id=2574

And follow what it says.

Vista Problems

Last week I decided to reformat and put Vista back on. As soon as I put it on I follow the SG Vista/2008 Guide. I did it and my internet has never been this bad, last time it worked and this time it didn't. I have the exact same Ethernet drivers and everything as my last install. I play online games...
