I am running MS Win2000 Pro and had installed Office 2002 (XP). I use Outlook 2002 as my e-mail client. Just recently I had a problem with office and had to re-instal it. Once I did this and went into Outlook, all my Contacts, Sent, Received, Inbox, Calander, Ect. was gone. Under Data File Management, I was able to find my data file on my drive and import it. Everything worked great, I was right bcak where I left off except one thing: My address book was gone. Now, if I go into contacts, all my contacts are there including their e-mails. But as soon as I try to send an e-mail and click on the TO: button or address book button I get an empty address book. I try to add a contact in it and I get the following error:
"New Entry Could Not Be Added, Please Use The Contacts Module To Creat This Entry" then I get a "A New Entry Could Not Be Added. The Action Could Not Be Completed"
I have also received a " The Address List Could Not Be Displayed. The Contacts Folder Associated With This Address List Could Not Be Opened; It May Have Been Moved Or Deleted, Or You Do Not Have Permissions. For Information On How To Remove This Folder From Outlook Address Book, See Micrsoft Outlook Help."
Any sudgestions?
