I used to live in Chicago and I enjoyed listening to Steve Dahl on the radio. I don't live in Chicago anymore and I miss listening to Steve Dahl. I went to Steve Dahl's website, which is located at http://www.dahl.com and found out that I can listen to his radio shows. When I download the files, it 1st comes in as a .zip file and when I unzip it, it comes in as a .wma file. The file is 4 hours long and when I listen, I can't fast forward skip around like I can in an MP3 program. In other words, if I start at the beginning, I can not stop listening to it without starting over. I have to listen to the whole thing, including the commercials. Is it possible to convert an .wma file into an MP3. There are programs that can convert .wav files into MP3s.

Windows Media player has all the controls to fast forward, reverse, and skip songs like any other thing.....i've got numerous .wma files that I copied CDs to my hard drive, and can move all around the different songs.

but if you still need a program, I used Power MP3 Converter...very nice.
