Telco Return Cable Modem

My cable company just offered a One Way Cable service in my area. So I ordered it to get out of the dial-up realm. The offer a modem for you to rent, but I was wondering is there a place on the internet where you can buy Telco Return Cable Modems?

Motorola SB3100D should be able to support Telco Return Mode
(ours has an RJ11 plug in the back :D)
