Webhosting manager for win2k

Anythign out there that can let me manage a win2k server via some type of ASP page? I know i saw something like it before..but cant find it anymore....

Also, if i wer to do webhosting, anything out there that could let people make their own accounts, and manage it via a secure login?

He has a great free tool.

Otherwise, keep yourself updated on cpanel.net . They are doing a win2000 version. Costs quit a bit though.
