ie runtime error

anyone could help me resolve this problem in IE ?
almost every time when im opening my browser im getting this error :
a runtime error has occured.do u wish to debug ?

os is win xp pro
i even reinstalled IE 6.0 and it didnt help me :-(

Open IE - tools - internet options - advanced - browsing section - disable script debugging.:) :D

if i disable it url will not load (part of it) and i ll get yellow triangle with "error on page"
