Going digital this christmas

I have jumped head first into ebay...but have no digital camera. So this christmas my parents said they'd invest 150 bucks in one and anything over that I needed to add.

So what is a good camera for 150-250? It can't be pushed past 250 though. Video is not important as Pictures, I was thinking a Fuji...opinions would be much appreciated! TIA

I Use pricegrabber for comparing prices and reading user reviews. For digital cameras go HERE (http://www.pricegrabber.com/home_catpage.php/catzero=7/ut=4426c90cd1589786) . I just bought a Cannon Z45 Camcorder from IBuyDigital. Saved $160 compared to buying it from Best Buys.

Ok, am pretty sure on the Canon A200 (Amro wasn't kidding!), its about 150 so I wont have to dish out any more money. Are there any sites with a special, like free accesories and everything?
