Windows Xp Ramdisk - Any Benefit

I would like to hear comments from any of the members, if running a ramdisk for use with temporay internet files has any benifit? I installed one and changed my default path for temporary internet files to the ramdisk. I don't notice any significant speed increase, but will be testing it for the next month.

You won't notice any difference unless you return to a web page you have previously visited and it's cached.
