my new camera

Just bought a Canon A40, thanks to info I found here on the forums. I priginally had an Olympus D220 (a pretty old model) and it took a dump on me, so I was thinking about getting maybe a Sony p-31. I did a little research and got to like the Canon's from what i read.

It's a 2 MP camera, i scored the 64 MB compact flash as well, and its got a 3x optical zoom. While its a silly feature, the camera will record AVI video WITH SOUND.

so far i like it, will takes some pics and post them soon.

I have its predecessor, the A-20, no movie mode.
Camera takes great shots, happy as pig in ***** with it..........lol

And if your so inclined they make a acrilic underwater case for it :)

yeah, I saw the underwater casing. I am going to New Zealand in Febuary to do some diving and white-water rafting, so I am asking for the casing for xmas :) :) :)
