View Full Version : wtb: cheap burner
Hi! I'm looking for a used cd burner or a reference to a cheap cd burner on sale someplace.
speed is NOT an issue since it'll be going into a HP walmart special.
thanks!

would you be interested in a external, sony, usb cd burner?
i paid 249$ for it back in 2000, on a gateway i had
it is just sitting in a box now, will let it go for 40$ + u pay shipping, i had it on here about a month ago, but no serious takers, its in A-1 condition...
thanks for asking...
I have no use for an external burner and her computer is slow enough that I'm worried about even an ide working correctly.

I just bought a Memorex 48x24x48HO from Staples for $75..came with a couple of CDs and a burner program..I do 16 songs a CD at around 2min20sec average, so it was a good buy. Have a 4x you could have but it wont open..just stopped opening one day.

Zooner,
Look at Best Buy this week. They have the Universal Buslink 48X burner on sale for $20 A/R (you pay $70, get $50 back in rebates). The beauty of the deal, besides the price, is that these burners are Lite-On burners in different packaging. I cannot imagine that you will find a better deal.
