List of Web Site's to Block

My router has a built in web site blocking utility.

Does anyone know of a good location to get a list of sites to block.

My kids are starting to use their computers online and I really don't want them exposed to what is out there.

I can block by keyword and/or URL.

well most ISP have parental controls
were u can give them their own email account and limit it to a child where as they cant look at certain sites
the ISP determines what is inapropriate
(ie. porn, gambling, other adult material, etc.)
