I just don't understand this. Today I decided to reactivate my @rogers web site and discovered that I can download and upload using WS_FTP pro but when I try to see them using my browser, theres nothing. Apparently, I need to create and index file, site, whatever then transfer it all to my site.
Problem, I have Office XP Business Edition and it does not have Power point or Publisher ( which is what I need ). Any suggestions on another program that would be better suited for this?
Also my upload and download speeds are pathetic; averaging only 9 to 15 kb/second. I know they cap the upload but when I go to a predefined site I get at least 45kb/second.
So, rogers came to my home and changed the router - no difference.
They ticketed the problem to find out what it may be because they concluded it's not the lines or my system.:rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
